Whale Watching is a non-infamous episode of SpongeBob SquarePants. In this episode, Mr. Krabs hires Squidward to babysit Pearl for the night, but she just wants to sneak out to a cool teen party.
Why some people dislike this episode[]
People dislike it because it's boring and unfunny, Pearl's design out of water is terrible and SpongeBob is super flanderized. People also dislike it because Squidward acts out-of-character and Squidward + Pearl is a duo that doesn't work. Lastly, Krabs is too unlikeable for this story to happen, where he doesn’t allow Pearl to be at a beach party with friends despite she’s a teenager who is capable of taking care of herself, you all would never ever want to relate in that situation.
Good Qualities[]
Most people think Squidward + Pearl is a good duo, and SpongeBob gets put to use to prank Dylan in the end.
