- People call it ScumBob because it's boring and full of stupid faces.
- To get the elephant out of the room, this episode is a major rip-off of The Patrick Star Show episode The Lil' Patscals! It's just a dumb excuse to watch Patrick's self-canon "teenage years"! It also rips off Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy but not too much.
- Dave Cunningham directed this episode so it sucks visually and with the jokes being bare. The characters also suck and the character here is boring and pointless!
- This episode even has the SCUMBOB!-INFAMOUS GROSS-OUT CLOSE-UP!
- This episode also teaches a very bad moral life lesson to kids when SpongeBob and Patrick STOLE lots of items around Bikini Bottom such as Larry's Monster Truck tires and even taking AWAY WALLS of a BUILDING while SOMEONE WAS ON THE TOILET.
- This episode also feels like filler as until the 8-minute mark of this episode, all it is is SpongeBob and Patrick talking to Old Man Walker (Hoops) and that's it.
- And finally, the writer for "The Lil Patscals," Andy Gonsalves, did not even know that this episode was being made until it aired. The crew used Andy's creation without ASKING FOR PERMISSION. Yes, really![1]
Redeeming Qualities That We Heart![]
- The "SeaBay" joke can be funny to some.
- The battle between Old Man Walker and Ajax can be fun and interesting.
How to Fix this Episode![]
- Remove the Old Man Walker's close-up scene as it is too gross and dark!
- Make when SpongeBob and Patrick meet Old Man Walker (Hoops) 2 minutes long instead and slow the opening down.
- Not make this episode predictable by adding a unique twist to the plot.
- Don't make SpongeBob and Patrick steal items throughout Bikini Bottom to make the tank to fight Ajax and instead use items in SPONGEBOB AND PATRICK'S HOMES to make them since that is considered not stealing ANYONE'S PROPERTY!
- Since Andy Gonsalves didn't get involved in this episode, replace GrandPat's flashbacks with something else.
