People call this gap in route ScumBob because they would be forced to use Interstate 241 and pay money to get from Irvine to Lake Forest. & Worst of all Portola Parkway is missing a 1 Mile Section to cut the east west travel times in half. Plankton blocked construction of this section so that all drivers have to pay the toll instead of driving straight across, which is severe SpongeBob Torture and even more Squidward Torture. And it's all because Plankton became Mr. Krabs in One Coarse Meal and Plankton's Regular.
