Sportz? is a semi-infamous episode of SpongeBob season 10. In this episode, SpongeBob and Patrick don't know how to play sports, and Squidward uses this to get them out of his hair.
Why This Episode is a Foul[]
To Get The Elephant Out Of The Room, SpongeBob and Patrick do not know what Sports are even though they participate in sports before. Such as The Fry Cook Games and Ditchin'. This might be the first episode that they learn about Sports in the first place, but its heavy reliance on basic slapstick like Funny Pants does not make it funny at all.
Another reason why this is infamous is because It's also one of those rare episodes where Squidward had no reason to be a jerk to them at all and as unlikeable as possible. It’s also SpongeBob and Patrick Torture which is obvious and Squidward doesn’t give empathy about SpongeBob and Patrick’s condition and wants them to continue hurting themselves presumably TO DEATH!, I’m not kidding, it says that in Squidward’s Self Demonstrating page in TV Tropes that he planned them to hurt each other just to have them murdered. I know Squidward hates both SpongeBob and Patrick but oh, come on! haven’t we already have an even more infamous episode that has this premise? While SpongeBob and Patrick did ruin Squidward's garden which is nothing compared to the other times they annoyed Squidward and destroy his property and himself, Here they did nothing wrong to deserve the torment they got from this 8-legged sadist, kinda like the time they went to see a horror movie. This also rehashes The Good Krabby Name and The Fry Cook Games.
Winning Qualities[]
At least Sandy cares for SpongeBob and Patrick, and Squidward gets his comeuppance for his jerky actions at the end.

How to fix the episode![]
- Make the episode rely on the usual humor.
- Give Squidward a reason to be a jerk other than hating them.
- Don't make it SpongeBob and Patrick torture.
- Instead of actually having SpongeBob and Patrick in pain, have Squidward’s attempts to have them hurt themselves backfire and have Squidward get hurt instead, like Life Insurance.
