Professor Squidward is an infamous episode of SpongeBob SquarePants. In this episode, Squidward poses as Squilliam to teach a music class.

Squidward gets busted. We wish this would be a joke but it can't.
Tick, tick, tick, tick.
People call it ScumBob because, Not to speak of, how do they show up in the music class? However, despite getting tortured, Squidward, on the other hand, is a horrible teacher, he tries to shame Billy the fish and be pretty rude to SpongeBob and Patrick.
Not only is Squidward a horrible teacher, but he also had no right to impersonate his rival Squilliam. Squilliam did nothing to Squidward in this episode, he never bragged about his career or even spoke to him at all. Squidward only pretended to be Squilliam over jealousy making him the teacher which got him arrested by the police. Also, because Squidward dislikes Squilliam, why did he even go to his recital?
The best scenes of this episode can be called exciting or funny, the worst scenes can be called annoying or terribly written.
Even if you forgive all of this, this episode is just random jokes with random transitions and it's a really boring episode.
Squidward, when he pretends to be Squilliam, doesn't try to look or sound like him. Strangely, only Spongebob and Patrick saw through his "disguise". One student at the end said he knew Squidward was a faker from the start, so why didn't he say anything?
Errors most people ignore[]
SpongeBob says the class started eight minutes ago and he also says they have had a music class already, nothing of this is true because SpongeBob and Patrick has entered the class a few seconds ago.
SpongeBob, Patrick and Squidward start having a poorly constructed dialogue in front of the whole class, Squidward is super interested on why SpongeBob and Patrick are there and everything in that scene feels out of place, the dialogue itself doesn't make sense because Squidward thought that Patrick couldn't have that class if he had an all natural slimming, toning, and increased muscle mass program but Patrick says he traded with SpongeBob, but SpongeBob is there so the dialogue makes zero sense.
And we all thought its super-infamous sister episode Shuffleboarding was bad enough.
Redeeming qualities[]
- While the ending twist makes no sense, Squidward deserves to get arrested because he is pretentious at first.
- SpongeBob and Patrick are funny.
- SpongeBob and Patrick however DID apologize to Squidward near the ending.
