Night Light is a semi-infamous episode of SpongeBob SquarePants. this episode, SpongeBob reads a scary book and develops a fear of the dark.
Why It's Dark[]
This episode's biggest issue is that the main plot is not large enough to fill up 11 minutes and they decide to have SpongeBob and Patrick repetitively meander. This once had the potential to use BOTH plots:
SpongeBob's nightmares of the darkness is caused by the scheming plan of an MM&BB Villain/Plankton to torment him when suddenly; Mermaid Man and Barnacle Boy were purposely called in to enter into the mind and fight off the terrors of the night within his dreams, defeat the evil fiend and drive out the very demons inside.
The ending makes absolutely positively no sense at all!
That is what this episode should've been, but no instead it's very BORING!
