People call it ScumBob because it is really boring and forgettable. Also the twist ruins it, as had they known that the restaurant would just be moved one inch, they would not have gone through all that trouble. And apparently krabby patties are dangerous! Its also infamous for its infamous ending and its infamous tackle-hug scene. And The State Officer is a very unlikable character because he is an idiot.
