People call it ScumBob because SpongeBob's obsession with Kenny is very creepy, along with the fact that it's very predictable and boring. It is also a slight rip off of I'm Your Biggest Fanatic. Kenny was also a liar and never got punished for what he did at the end. And Sandy is a complete jerk by trying to disillusion SpongeBob and his obsession with Kenny.
