Don't Look Now is a semi-infamous episode[1] of SpongeBob SquarePants. In this episode, SpongeBob and Patrick get scared after watching a scary movie.
Why We Shouldn't Look At This Scumbob[]
- Squidward is VERY unlikable here as he pulls a One Coarse Meal on SpongeBob and Patrick without going too far unlike here. But he’ll eventually do a Demolition Doofus on them in this episode.
- The scene where Patrick says that he and SpongeBob should watch cartoons instead, which is considered an old stereotypical belief, since realistically not all cartoons are intended to be non-horror, and not all non-horror movies and shows are cartoons.
- Why did Squidward dress up as the Fisherman and chase around SpongeBob and Patrick? Oh I know, solely to put them through more misery.
The Only Redeeming Quality[]
- SpongeBob and Patrick are likeable.
- This episode is pretty enjoyable.
- At least Squid got his comeuppance at the end.
