As Spongebob was focusing on Mrs. Puff's lecture, a folded letter was thrown onto his desk, which was from the side of Patrick (without any gestures or remarks). Out of curiosity, Spongebob opened the piece of paper and revealed an exaggerated version of Mrs. Puff, who looks quite angry and has the text: "BiG FAT MEANie". Shocked by this mockery, Spongebob told Patrick that he isn't allowed to insult the teacher, but the teacher quickly snatched the paper from Spongebob while he interrupted the class. Then Mrs. Puff was shocked to see herself in such an image, thus punishing Spongebob.

At least Patrick apologize to SpongeBob for his jerky nature. It also became a meme.
