Season 15 will have all episodes produced for it as well as the second half of season 14 due to a dvd release of season 14 coming in November of this year
But my idea is a good suggestion
The reason is the executives are trying to bring back old fans by giving them nostalgia. To fix the show instead of baiting old fans, they should make more memories with the newer fans of the show thus they will gain new fans and old fans come back to witness more SpongeBob.

Season 12 will be split into A and B due to half on the episodes are premiered during the post threequel era
Season 14 will be the first season with a new era called "The Second Dark Era"
The vandalizer raided the wiki lets go into hiding and make a new scumbob wiki so he can't find it
